At AsicArk, we ship ASIC miners, mining accessories and cooling equipment to customers worldwide. This policy explains our general order-processing, delivery, customs and shipment-inspection procedures.

Specific shipping terms stated on the product page, quotation, pro forma invoice or order confirmation will take priority over this general policy.

1. Order Processing

For in-stock products, order processing typically takes 3โ€“7 business days after cleared payment and order verification.

Processing may include:

  • Payment verification
  • Stock confirmation
  • Serial-number recording
  • Product inspection or testing where applicable
  • Packaging
  • Export and shipping documentation
  • Carrier collection arrangements

Large-volume orders, customized products, factory batches and pre-order products may require additional preparation time. The applicable schedule will be confirmed before or after order placement, depending on the product.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated international transit time is generally 7โ€“15 business days after dispatch.

Actual delivery time depends on factors including:

  • Destination country or region
  • Shipping method
  • Stock location
  • Carrier availability
  • Customs clearance
  • Local delivery conditions
  • Remote-area status

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

3. Stock Locations and Split Shipments

Orders may be shipped from our warehouse or designated supply location in:

  • Hong Kong
  • Mainland China
  • Another location stated in the quotation or order confirmation

Products in the same order may be shipped separately if they are stored in different locations, become available at different times or require different shipping methods.

Where possible, tracking details will be provided separately for each shipment.

4. Pre-Orders and Factory Batches

Pre-order, incoming-stock and factory-batch products follow the estimated production, availability and shipment schedule stated on the product page, quotation, pro forma invoice or order confirmation.

Production and factory-delivery schedules may change. If a material delay occurs, AsicArk will provide updated information when it becomes available.

5. Tracking Information

Tracking information is normally provided after the shipment has been collected or registered by the carrier.

It may take 24โ€“48 hours for the carrierโ€™s tracking system to display the first movement or update. A newly issued tracking number may therefore initially show no result.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on:

  • Product model and quantity
  • Actual weight and dimensional weight
  • Warehouse location
  • Destination country
  • Delivery address and postal code
  • Shipping method
  • Customs and tax arrangement
  • Optional cargo insurance

The shipping charge shown at checkout or in a quotation is based on the information available when the order is prepared.

If the customer changes the quantity, address, postal code or delivery requirements, the shipping charge may be recalculated.

7. Remote-Area Surcharges

Courier companies and freight carriers may impose additional charges for remote or extended delivery areas.

Where a remote-area surcharge is identified before shipment, AsicArk will inform the customer and confirm the additional charge or an alternative delivery arrangement.

Providing a complete commercial address and postal code before payment helps us prepare a more accurate shipping quotation.

8. Customs, Taxes and Import Duties

Commercial invoices and customs declarations will be prepared in accordance with applicable laws and the relevant transaction documents.

Unless the order is expressly confirmed as DDP, the customer or consignee is responsible for:

  • Import duties
  • Import taxes
  • Customs clearance fees
  • Brokerage fees
  • Local handling charges
  • Licences or permits required by the destination country

Import duties and taxes are collected by the applicable customs authority, carrier or customs broker, not by AsicArk.

Where an order is expressly quoted and confirmed as DDP, the included destination and scope of DDP service will be stated in the quotation or order confirmation. Charges caused by an incorrect address, remote location, storage, failed delivery or customer-requested changes may not be included.

9. Cargo Insurance

Cargo insurance is not included unless it is expressly stated in the quotation, checkout information, invoice or order confirmation.

Customers may request optional cargo insurance before shipment. Insurance availability, coverage, exclusions and claim amounts are subject to the insurerโ€™s terms.

Where an insured shipment is lost or damaged, AsicArk can assist the customer in submitting the required documents. Final compensation decisions are made by the insurance provider.

10. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect the external packaging when receiving the shipment.

If the carton or crate shows visible damage, deformation, water exposure, opening or resealing, please:

  1. Take clear photos and videos before opening the package.
  2. Record the condition with the carrier where possible.
  3. Check the product model, quantity and serial number.
  4. Retain the original carton, protective materials and shipping label.
  5. Contact AsicArk promptly with the order number and supporting evidence.

Please also check whether the shipment includes any power supply, cable or accessory listed in the order.

Do not discard the original packaging until the equipment has been inspected and confirmed.

11. Delays Beyond Our Control

Shipping and delivery may be affected by circumstances outside AsicArkโ€™s reasonable control, including:

  • Manufacturer or production delays
  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier congestion
  • Flight or vessel changes
  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Labour disruption
  • Regulatory changes
  • Import restrictions
  • Incorrect or incomplete recipient information
  • Force majeure events

AsicArk will assist with communication and shipment follow-up, but estimated shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed.

12. Incorrect Address and Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate:

  • Recipient name
  • Company name, where applicable
  • Delivery address
  • Postal code
  • Telephone number
  • Email address
  • Tax or customs information where required

Additional charges caused by incorrect information, address changes, delivery refusal, repeated delivery attempts, storage or return transportation may be charged to the customer.
